Services

We pride ourselves on providing one-on-one care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy with every single patient.
This allows the focus to be on you during every session, so that you will always get the attention that you deserve.
This individualized approach ensures that every repetition you perform is a quality one, every question you have is immediately answered, and every session will continue to challenge you with your goals in mind.

  • Physical Therapy services are most appropriate for anyone who is recovering from an injury or dealing with persistent pain.

During your first session, your physical therapist will perform an in-depth evaluation to diagnose the root cause of your pain or condition. Next, they will formulate an individualized treatment plan to help you meet your goals. Throughout your treatment your therapist will constantly progress, regress, or modify your program based on your progress, performance, and specific needs. In addition to your one-on-one treatment sessions, your therapist will instruct you in an exercise program to perform on your own in order to optimize your rehab potential and ensure that you reach your goals as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • Pregnancy and postpartum services are most appropriate for anyone preparing for birth, recovering after delivery, or navigating the physical changes that come with motherhood.

During your first session, your physical therapist (a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist) will perform an in-depth evaluation to identify your specific needs. These may include core and pelvic floor strength, diastasis recti management, C-section scar management, posture and mobility changes, or pain related to pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

From there, you’ll receive a personalized treatment plan tailored to your stage of pregnancy or postpartum journey. Treatment may include corrective exercise for the core and pelvic floor, scar mobilization, gentle strengthening and mobility work, strategies to reduce pain or discomfort, and guidance on safe return to exercise and daily activity. You’ll also receive a customized home exercise program to support your progress outside of sessions.

Our focus is on exercise-based strategies to retrain the core and pelvic floor from the outside in. We do not perform internal exams or internal manual pelvic floor treatment. If an internal pelvic floor assessment or treatment is needed, we are happy to coordinate with or refer you to a pelvic floor physical therapist for that specialized care.

Whether your goals are to stay active during pregnancy, optimize delivery and recovery, or safely return to your favorite activities postpartum, we’ll meet you where you are and guide you every step of the way.
